Frozen – the novel

When 26-year old Charlie falls down dead during a basketball game, life is suspended for those he leaves behind, girlfriend Lyla and younger brother Javier. As they struggle to stay afloat, Lyla and Javier make their way past grief and back to living, not for others, not for Charlie, but for themselves.

An excerpt of the first 2,500 words of Frozen was selected as one of two featured readings for Out Loud! The Shanghai Writers Literary Salon on January 31, 2010, held at the Glamour Bar in Shanghai.
